The cement truck rolled over on Middleton Road on Tuesday, June 11, appearing to nearly flop into a body of water, according to a Tweet sent by the North Andover Fire Department.

The road was closed around noon.

The North Andover Fire Department and Police Department were among the organizations that responded to the incident.
